I have no idea who is the Toyman, or what significance does he hold within the DC Universe in terms of teams or some such, but he is the third figure in Wave 18.
The packaging looks similar to everything else, but this one stands out as Toyman is posed showing off his huge yo-yo and his top.
The logo isn't too bad, but really the face of the character as the logo? He comes with the aforementioned top and yo-yo as well as Apache's right arm.
The figure is a bit underwhelming, but he does have wrist hing joints. Otherwise he's nice, but boring.
Surprisingly, I found him fun to pose around with, particularly with the yo-yo. Still, he's an odd choice for the wave.
