MotUC Toy a Day

I'm still trying to figure out which MotUC characters would be good to spell out "TOY A DAY".  MotUC is fully articulated, which means most letters are easy peasy to make.  The letter D is what I can't figure out.  Bow with his bow might be an option, but he's not yet available and won't be available until January.  If you have any suggestions, not just for the D, but for the other letters as well, please comment below.  Thanks!

Here's what I have so far:

T: Any character, holding their arms out to the sides
O: Orko, of course.  He has the O painted on his chest.
Y: Keldor holding 2 swords
A: Teela and Green Goddess facing each other with their staves touching at the top
D: Help!
A: Surprisingly Randor's cape and his sword makes a very good A
Y: Whiplash holding both his weapons

  1. Use Prince Adam for the "D" because he's a douche! LOL!

Seriously, maybe you can do like you did with Dr. Deemo, just use another figure to form the round part.

  2. I thought of that, but I'd like to have new ways of doing the letters...

  3. Try Hordak's crossbow! :)

If you don't like that, you can have Prince Adam with his arms and legs behind him in a backwards "C" shape and have him hold his sword to finish the "D." He got captured a lot and had to free himself so he could transform. It would be one of those times. ;)

  4. Hordak's crossbow is way too small (ha!) and I know Adam would work - so woudl a whole lot of other characters, especially those with staves, but I want a more "natural" pose for the MotUCs.

  5. Well...spell it out in MOTUC accessories then. :p That would be REALLy easy. lol

    T - Skeletor half sword + He-Man half sword
    O - Orko (he's still small enough) or a He-Man shield or Teela's shield
Y - Screech on her back

    A - Goddess' headdress

    D - Hordak's crossbow
A - She-Ra's mask upsidedown (how she is MOC)
Y - Zoar on her back

    There you go. :)

  6. Haha, that's a thought, but no, I want it made from figures...

  7. Well...I suppose. Weapons would look really cool too, though. MOTUC is ALL about the accessories. :D

  8. There'd be scale issues as well. How about trying to figure out what's the best way to do this with vintage or 200x figures?
