What sort of beast lurks in the shadows?

Shadow Beasts?

TokyoNever posted these on the he-man.org boards:

Wow, eventhough these share the same parts and the horrible hip joint as Gygor, I like what I already like what I see.

The bio is there, but I can't seem to make it out.  I'm sure someone will posts it elsewhere.

Edit: Here's the bio.  Wow, created by Count Marzo and beaten back by Randor and Keldor?  Wow.

Shadow Beast

Real name: Varies

Great ape-like beasts who live in tribes throughout the dark hemisphere. Shadow Beasts can only come out in the absence of light. Originally created by Count Marzo, as a weapon to use against his enemies, the beasts were driven back by Prince Keldor and Randor and forced to reside in the shadow of Mount Barathrum.
There they developed a long standing hatred of both the Human and Gar race. Easily manipulated, the ever growing colony of Beasts was later controlled by Beast Man in the service of Skeletor to take down Eternos Palace. With their great strength and stealth-like appearance, Shadow Beasts are more than a match for most heroic warriors!

  2. I WANT IT!! Bring on the shadow beasts! January can't come fast enough.

I don't know Marzo creating them, but the rest of the bio is sound. I won't be pairing them with Marzo either way. They are going to be added to Skeletor's forces of darkness. Combine them with Beastman and Gygor; and you've got one hell of an attack force.

I'm very please with Gygor so I know I'll be please with them as well. I do wish they had better leg articulation and maybe a waist swivel, but it's not a deal breaker by any means.

    January can't come fast enough.

  5. This thing looks awesome! I had no interest in the lemon-lime gorilla, but I think I may have to pick up one of these things.

  7. @3B: I was asked how many of these I was picking up. I said only one, but who knows? I might change my mind.

@hock: I hope they are, but it's not going to be a Kulatak.
