#859 of Year 3 MotUC Spikor

I had almost forgotten that I got this the other day.  Almost!  Here's the human porcupine himself Spikor.

There's nothings special about the packaging, but it does show off his clube and trident in the bubble.

What's this, he comes with a removable fist and another trident?  Yay.  Spikor holding the club alone looks good.  The soft rubbery spikes harken back to his vintage form.  The headsculpt seems a bit elongated instead of spheroid and makes him seems rather disproportionate when compared to his body.

His left arm though can be swapped out for the trident connector piece and either of the two tridents could be attached to it to replicate his other action feature.  It looks good, but the rubbery trident prongs tend to deform though.

He compares rather well with his vintage figure, but note the head.  Also, Mattel has wisely decided to ensure that his trident fits on Trap-Jaw's arm!  Hah!

  1. One of my favorite recent figures. Was your trident pieces already warped inside the packaging?

  2. Yup, the trident was warped from the packaging. It's an easy fix though, so I'm not too bothered by it.
