It's the final day of DCUC 2011 month here, and I'm closing it out with a DCUC vs MotUC two-pack. Aquaman! Merman! How epic is that?

#187 of 365 DCUC Ultraman and Alexandor Luthor - repost
It's close to the end of DCUC month, and for the repost, here's a write-up of the Earth-3 Ultraman and Alexander Luthor that I did last year.
There are some things that I save for last. This isn't one of them, but it is the last of my unopened DCUC figures, well, until I get some more. Welcome to Jambalaya July, and the closing chapter of Justice League June, and today it's the turn of the Earth-3 two-pack, Ultraman and a Luthor.
Ultraman is not the Japanese costumed hero who fights monsters. Nope. Not in this case. In this case, he's an alternate dimension Superman who's evil. Okay, that's like the anti-thesis of Superman, which I guess is why he was created. Now, the main good guy in this alternate dimension is Alexander Luthor. I have no idea what he does but he was recently used to bring back the multiverse to the DC universe, so I guess he's of some import. Hence these two figures, which sold poorly on mattycollector.com apparently.

#163 of 365 DCUC Green Lantern
It's DCUC month this year, but I thought I'd repost some old DCUC figures that I did last year and this week, it's Wave 3. Here's the final figure the Wave, Hal Jordan.
It's DCUC Wave 3 week here on Toy a Day, part of Justice League June, of course, and today, I'm opening the Green Lantern Hal Jordan (which I'm just gonna call it Hal). Hal wasn't the first Green Lantern, or the last, but he is the current Green Lantern and is one of the more popular Green Lanterns. He's a test pilot who was chosen by his ring to be the Green Lantern for the sector in which the Earth was part of, and as part of an entire Green Lantern Corps, well, things happen and is still happening as part of the ongoing storylines in the DC Universe.

#574 of Year 2 MotUC Faceless One
After four days of repaints, I thought it might be a good day to move back to an actual figure for a change. Faceless One was the June figure. Wait, June? It's almost August! Yeah, well, there hasn't been a good time to open him and I guess this is the first opportunity I've had to open him since I got him.

#573 of Year 2 MotUC Tekno from Fuerza-T???
Well, this is the third figure for the project I'm working on and it's Trap Jaw. This isn't the first Trap Jaw that I've opened. I originally opened him in March of last year and Kronis when he was reissued in August. There's no need to write more about him, so I'll use today's post to explain about the project that I'm working on.

#572 of Year 2 MotUC Zodak
This is the second Zodak that I'm opening, but the first one on this blog because the first figure that I opened was before the start of this blog. He's for a project that I'm working on...

#571 of Year 2 MotUC He-Man
Whoa! What's He-Man doing here? Well, the line started before I started this blog. But since I recently got a new one to reopen for a project, I thought I might as well just put the figure through its paces before I pull it apart.

#162 of 365 DCUC Robin - repost
It's DCUC month this year, but I thought I'd repost some old DCUC figures that I did last year and this week, it's Wave 3. Here's the boy wonder, Robin.
It's DCUC Wave 3 week here on Toy a Day, and today we look at Figure 4, Robin. I was trying to place this Robin - there have been a number of DC characters to have taken this moniker, and I'm not that well versed with him, but I'm going to guess that this is the 90s version of Robin, Tim Drake, the computer whiz and the Young Justice leader.
