Another day, another Lego Cars set. Today, it's a set from the second movie, where the bad guys, or lemons try to take out Lightning McQueen by shooting at him with a microwave disguised as a camera, and Mater zooms in to save the day.
The box has a rather nice image ont he front. The back shows some of the features... and it also shows the back of Mater and all his engine goodness.
I never knew that the lemon was named Petrov Trunkov. His name is shown on the back of the box.
The box contains the instruction booklet, two baggies and a sheet of plastic. The plastic is perforated with a shape and there are only a few points that join the cut-out to the sheet.
Baggie number 1 and the cutout builds Mater.
He's quite nice, and thanks to the parasail, he looks different from all the previous incarnations of Mater.
Baggie number 2 builds Peter and the camera. It's a nice looking camera. Peter has a firing missile and isn't too bad.
Overall, it's a nice set. Great playability, interesting build and goes well with the rest of the line.
