This is the second of the "next wave" of Lego Cars 2 sets, although I guess they are really just one wave, but separated into two shipments or something. I know my store got them at different times.

#711 of Year 2 Lego 8638 Cars 2 Spy Jet Escape
The first wave of the Lego Cars 2 sets were well liked by me and when I had the chance to grab the next couple of sets, I took them. This is one of the two sets, and potentially the better of the two according to my tastes since there isn't a fascade to "play" with.

It's Speed September here on Toy a Day and I'm dedicating this week to Cars 2. I just watched it over the weekend and I liked the movie. I'll start off with the hero of the movie, Tow Mater!
