OK, so this isn't a toy on its own, hence no numbers in the title, but I did pick up two Blue Building plates the other day...
The art on the back is interesting - it shows what is possible if one has lots of bricks. Turning over though, it's plain that it only contains the plate shrinkwrapped with the cardboard back.
I got two of them... because I wanted to test them out for Ice Planet. I don't think they work that well, but I guess a bit of white plates might solve the issue...

These are really nice to have around if you are Lego collector.
